Joining as a volunteer in 2005, then becoming one of our paid staff, Captain Dillard is the go-to man when it comes to the maintenance of all 10 District vehicles.

Driving one of our patrol rigs, Captain Dillard is seen by the citizens of the district almost every day. Considered "Mr. PR" by most, he always takes the time to stop and talk with the community. 

Ed enjoys fishing, hunting, fishing, the outdoors and yes, did we mention fishing?
